Chapter Beginnings
Kolkata, India Chapter becomes Official
Congratulations goes to Dr. Satadal Das, M.D., D.C.P., President of the Kolkata Chapter, his officers Amal Kuman Das, Treasurer and Papri Das, Secretary for forming "The National Space Society - Kolkata Chapter."
The chapter was made official on March 27, 2008 and will be listed in the upcoming issue of our NSS magazine "Ad Astra". There will also be a listing on the NSS website in the Chapter's section at http://chapters.nss.org/a/lists/#International
Dr. Das held an opening celebration where attendees received copies of Ad Astra, our official award winning magazine, NSS bookmarks, brochures, etc., sent abroad by NSS. Click below to see pictures of the meeting sent to us by Dr. Das.
