New Florida Chapter
NSS member and activist Jason Rhian has just organized a new chapter, named 'He-3', in the Tampa area - congratulations Jason, and welcome!
With the Cape Canaveral chapter on the east side, that makes two Florida chapters now!

We'll be out guns blazing as soon as I'm up to snuff,(I got the flu). Our 1st, "event" will be May 3rd. To all those reading this, if you want a robust space-program and are willing to fight for it, them your for us! We want angry, young space entusiasts, who recognize the potential of Helium-3, space mining and a civilization which at least spans its solar system. This isn't your father's chapter - this is He-3.
