This talk will review the ongoing scientific developments
of the Cassini-Huygens mission from the standpoint of planetary meteorology,
including a firsthand account of the dramatic loss and remarkable
radio-telescope recovery of the Doppler wind data.. The visually illustrated presentation
will also entertain a brief discussion of the once and future role of Saturn
and Titan in exploration and the human imagination.
