Reconnaissance Orbiter 2006
Ms J (Terry Gulino NSS-NJN
Secretary/Treasurer) along with NSS-NJN President Candace Pankanin attended
a live broadcast of the MRO going into orbit around Mars in the Hayden
Planetarium in NYC. While there Ms J was able to obtain handouts (pictures
and text) of the MRO mission. The following week she presented this
information to a second grade class where she is a teacher’s aide. Children
who may soon be one or more of our new generation of Space Explorers.
