*The Special registration fee applies to members of HAL5 and co-sponsors, as well as to full-time students under 24y or with Valid ID, Seniors over 55y, Educators, and the Unemployed.

Meals and Tours are sold separately to keep the entry fee as low as possible.

Per hotel requirements, NO Meals can be sold on the day of the Meal Event, so the last possible day we can sell meal tickets is Friday, November 12 -- and even then we are limited to a maximum of 10 meal tickets per meal. If that is not enough of an incentive to buy your meal tickets in advance, the prices jump by $5.00 on Friday; therefore, please buy your meal tickets early!

Per Boeing requirements, the name and employer of each person taking the Delta IV plant tour must have been given to Boeing one week before the tour. Thus the last day we could sell Delta IV plant tour tickets was Friday, November 5. No more names can now be accepted (even though there is still room on the bus). Sorry!
