September 2006
HAL5 generla membership meeting. Project HALO's Tube Launch 1 (TL-1) static flight motot test #2 was held on September 30 at Orion Propulsion's new test facility. General membership was invited. Unfortunately, the motor failed due to case rupture. Post test inspection indicated that our new injector design, bulkhead swaging, igniter worked.

October 2006
