NSS Calendar should actually have 3 calendars running concurrently, with tabs to get to
the 3 different types of calendars. We should have a National and International SPACE
Calendar, a National and International NSS calendar to include Regional Conferences
and NSS events. Finally we need a Chapters Calendar where chapters can list their
own events, not meetings, unless they plan on having a big event at a meeting.
Go Ahead and assign a nearest chapter to every undesignated NSS member
